The White Owl brings culinary collaborations to Mumbai

The buzzing star of the extremely corporate One Indiabulls Centre, The White Owl is celebrating it’s first anniversary with one of a kind Culinary Collaboration where Chef Kshama in its first edition has paired up with Nikhil Merchant a blogger and a nonchalant gourmand to create a supplementary menu showcasing local produce, local ingredients and more.

One of the first culinary initiatives in Mumbai, brings Chef Kshama Prabhu, who comes here from a stint as head chef at Moshe’s via The Tasting Room, have created a must-try 15-dish/4-course supplementary menu inspired by their collective culinary inspirations, inventiveness and expertise with Nikhil. The team has created a special supplementary menu available all day at The White Owl over a 45-day period from June 2 to July 15, and the final output is an eclectic offering of fifteen unique dishes combining small plates, salads, large plates and desserts.

The vegetarians should try Purple Yam Batons, Asian Raw & Ripe Mango Salad with light soya and chili dressing, Sweet Bell Peppers Roulade and Brioche Mac & Cheese.And, the people who dont believe in grazing grass, should opt for Fire Roasted Chorizo with Beef Spits, Shrimp and Water Chestnuts Salad, Smoked Chicken and Fig Sliders. For desserts, we all can settle for Fig-Chocolate & Kaffir Lime Mille-Feuille, Mango Crêpes.
