One of the world’s oldest watch manufacturer Vacheron Constantin is celebrating the dainty form of dancing, as it unveils three new one-of-a-kind additions to its Métiersd’Art Hommage à l’Art de la Danse collection, based on the highlights of a ballerina’s daily life.

Created by master enamellers and watchmakers in the workshops of Vacheron Constantin. The watches are each inspired by a different masterpiece by French artist Edgar Degas, who depicted ballerinas using different techniques, including sketching, painting, and photography. These creations from the workshops of the Manufacture revisit the ancestral art of Grand Feugrisaille enamelling to highlight the art of classical ballet by reinterpreting the works of Edgar Degas. Each of these exquisite timepieces comes in an 18-carat white gold case, 40 mm in diameter, featuring sapphire crystals, a sapphire display back, and is water resistant to 30 meters.
