Chocolate is the happiness you can eat! And when it’s the best in the world, there’s nothing quite like it to experience. ITC’s Fabelle has launched Fabelle Trinity-Truffles Extraordinaire luxury chocolate range which is being touted as the world’s most expensive chocolate priced at Rs 4.3 lakh per kilogram. That is without a doubt some very expensive chocolate; and when chocolate as less as Rs 100 tastes so good, what in the world would this divine creation taste like? The fact that ‘Trinity – Truffles Extraordinaire’ has entered into Guinness World Records to become the world’s most expensive chocolate makes it all the more irresistible. Michelin Star Chef Philippe Conticini is the co-curator of Fabelle’s Trinity – Truffles Extraordinaire who over the last three decades has made a mark for his culinary innovations. The limited-edition offering will be boxed in a unique, hand-made wooden case, each containing 15 truffles, and each weighing approximately 15 gms. The Trinity – Truffles Extraordinaire range represents the Creator, Nurturer, and Destroyer, co-curated by Chef Philippe Conticini and Fabelle’s master chocolatiers using some of the rarest ingredients and finest single-origin cacao in the world.
Each of these truffle chocolates contains a hero ingredient representing the cycle of life; for e.g. coconut symbolizes the beginning in Creator, Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee in Nurturer and the Grand Cru dark chocolate in Destroyer. The made-to-order box will be available at an indulgent price of Rs one lakh inclusive of taxes. The Trinity – Truffles Extraordinaire range will be available on a made-to-order basis from October 23 onwards.
