The Sassy Spoon hosts the Good France Week


The Sassy Spoon is chosen by the The Good France committee to participate in the “Good France” project in India for the second time in a row. The Sassy Spoon will be hosting a Special French Week with the Good France being celebrated on the 21st of March 2016 with an eight course meal. This menu will be made available at the restaurant as a special a la carte menu from 22nd till 28th March 2016.

The Good France menu consists of Pate of Orange and roasted pumpkin on sage biscuits, black bean and buttermilk soup with Parmesan Melba, carpaccio of yellow fin tuna, Salad Nicoise and Green apple sorbet. The menu also boasts of Marget of Duck and Duck leg confit with arancini, three French cheeses with onion marmalade and rhubarb compote. The perfect end to a delicious meal is a dessert that will have you drooling, Sable encrusted profiterole with caramel and chocolate Chantilly filling with marzipan and chocolate disc.
