The world’s tallest residential tower is all set to launch next year, in Mumbai. Promoted by the Lodha Group, the Rs 2,000-crore World One project, coming up in Central Mumbai, and will have apartments and villas designed by the Italian luxe designer, Giorgio Armani. His interior design studio Armani/Casa, which also designed residences in Burj Khalifa in Dubai, will design the residences and common spaces of the upcoming project.
Lodha truly believes in not just wearing Armani, but living in it! Giorgio Armani is designing luxury three or four-bedroom apartments in the World One Tower in Mumbai. The Giorgio Armani-designed interiors will boast comfort cooling, state-of-the-art home entertainment and security and electronic windows, curtains and blinds.
With its French windows offering a panoramic view of the city, the three-four bedroom apartments come with fittings, furniture, upholstery and carpets all designed by the Italian maestro.The beige, moss green, black interiors with the sleek lines and soft, upholstered sound-proof walls will enhance your living in the maximum city. Once complete in 2016, the World One Tower will be the world’s tallest residential skyscraper providing more than 1.2m sq ft of accommodation including over 300 super-luxury apartments and penthouses, a large indoor leisure complex with indoor swimming pools, gymnasium and spa, and a cricket and sports club with cricket pitches, pavilion and club house. The apartments, which are being sold by Wetherall Estates, in London will cost around Rs.50 crore.
